Studio Questions

Do I need an appointment?

Our restaurant operates by reservation only. Please make sure to make a reservation through our reservation site before visiting.

What if I'm late or cancel?

Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late, your treatment may be restricted or your reservation may be canceled.

If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please do so as early as possible. Please check the reservation site for cancellation policies.
*If you cancel without permission, we will not be able to accept any future reservations.

Is nail art possible on nails in any condition?

Treatment is possible for those with healthy nails. However, if there is even the slightest abnormality (slight brown, green, yellowish-white, etc.) or if the nails are extremely thin, we recommend that you consult a dermatologist and may refuse treatment. Please note.

Is it okay to bring children?

We do not recommend bringing children with you to our salon. There are sharp objects and solutions in the salon that can be dangerous for children. For this reason, we generally do not allow children to accompany you. We ask for your understanding as safety comes first.
